Ever get anxiety before approaching a donor about joining you in supporting your cause? Join us for this interactive session presented by Susan Rozzi that will help you identify donor personalities, determine questions they may ask, decide best approaches for sharing information, and establish when to make an ask. Participants should come with a profile of at least two donors who they would like to approach soon after the session.
Susan Rozzi (pronounced Rosey) is the president and owner of Rozzi & Associates. Susan uses her strengths in problem-solving, communicating, developing people, activating initiatives, and strategic thinking to create unique solutions for her clients. She capitalizes on her experiences leading a leadership development organization; directing operations for a nonprofit; establishing a marketing department; running a communications business; managing a call center for a market research firm; and her passion for teaching, facilitating and coaching. She has helped leaders, teams and individuals in a variety of sectors including: high tech, logistics, banking, real estate, health care, education, and nonprofit.
Rozzi graduated from DePauw University and earned an MBA from Indiana University. She is certified in EQi-2.0 and EQ 360 (emotional intelligence assessment), a Certified Real Colors facilitator, and an adjunct faculty member at The Fund Raising School at Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. She is a 2009 graduate of Leadership Hendricks County, a Board member of the Indiana Leadership Association, and serves on the United Way Hendricks County Advisory Board.
Rozzi and Associates is a missional business with 10% of revenues supporting organizations such as Sheltering Wings, Outreach Inc., Hope Healthcare, and Leadership Hendricks County as well as missionaries Dave Jamerson and Cheryl & Nate Ross.
